PRICING DETAILS

Each event we cater is unique, therefore priced individually and is dependent on the following:

  • type of event

  • location of the event

  • anticipated number of guests

  • menu selections

We charge per-person based on the factors listed above, plus 20% gratuity and 9% State Meals tax (if applicable).  We have a minimum charge of $1,000 per event.

A classic menu includes:  Hors d’Oeuvres, Bread, Salad, Entrée Choices, Vegetable & Starch, Dessert (depending on event), Coffee & Tea with an average price of $70-75 per person plus gratuity and tax.  

The food staff we provide to work your event is included and the 20% gratuity assists in covering this staff.  We do not add on additional staffing fees unless the nature of your event requires staffing above our normal expectation. 

Additional Expenses

The costs of hard goods are not included: place setting needs, linens, tables, chairs etc or kitchen rental equipment we may require for your event.  We do require a kitchen or kitchen tent, fully equipped to prepare your meal fresh on site.  We will work with the rental company you select and add the necessary kitchen equipment to your order.  Once you choose your china and silverware patterns, linen colors, flowers and any other supplies you may need, we are more than happy to manage the orders as your event develops.

Beverage Services

We do not handle alcohol; however, we have licensed or certified bartenders we recommend to serve and provide your bar needs.  Certified Bartenders allow you the ability to purchase your liquor, wine, and beer on your own (a significant savings), however they do not carry insurance, in which case you may require Licensed/insured bar-tending services.

We are available for Brunch, Luncheons, Cocktail Parties, & Events of all occasions and level of service!  Please feel free to share your budget requirements with us and we will see what we can create to meet your needs!
